ABOUT AQUATIC POOL & SPA

Aquatic Pool & Spa Services was founded by Tom and Julie Laudano in Durham, CT, with just one employee and a vision to deliver exceptional pool and spa services. Operating out of their home, they began laying the foundation for what would become a trusted name in the industry.

The growing success of the business led to a move to a rented space in Northford. By this time, the company had a few hundred customers and a team of 15 dedicated employees, operating with three service trucks to provide maintenance and installation services.

With a rapidly expanding customer base, Aquatic Pool & Spa Services outgrew its initial space. The company acquired the neighboring rental unit for additional room. By now, the team had grown to over 20 employees- a testament to the trust and loyalty of their customers.

To accommodate their continued growth, Aquatic Pool & Spa Services constructed a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Northford. The team moved into this impressive new space in 2004, now boasting over 30 employees and a fleet of 10 service trucks.

To better serve customers along the Shoreline, the company expanded again, securing a rental location in Guilford, further strengthening its commitment to serving the community.

Over the past 19 years, Aquatic Pool & Spa has flourished beyond expectations. Today, the company proudly serves over 9,000 loyal customers with a team of 64 skilled employees and a fleet of 36 service trucks. This incredible growth reflects a commitment to quality, trust, and exceptional customer care that has been at the heart of our business since 1989.
